Wedding confirmation:

Wedding dates and times can be confirmed a period of at least 3-6 months before the set dates. You may also decide on a denominational or non-denominational wedding. The location, whether on our grounds or the nearest church the choice is yours. Private dinners and cocktail receptions can also be arranged at an additional cost, which vary depending on the menu selections. These arrangements must be made in advance with the wedding specialist at the resort. Approximately one day after your wedding, you will receive a certified copy of your marriage certificate. Remember, you need to have spent three (3) working days on the island before you can wed and you must have original documents with you.

Documents Required:
– A Decree Absolute (If either party is divorced)
– A Death Certificate (If either party is widowed)
– Deed Poll Certificate (If your name has been changed)
– Passports (valid for a minimum of six months)
– Original Birth Certificates
– Documents not in English (an authentic translation must be available)

*Parental Consent (If under 18 years old) by way of affidavit from a notary public.

**Note that clear and complete photocopies of the documents will be required prior to travel and the originals are to be presented upon arrival.

Would you perhaps like to renew your commitment to your partner? The Jalousie Plantation provides the perfect location and ceremony at a cost of US $250.00.

For a renewal of vows ceremony, all you need is to present is your original marriage certificate.
