Sugar Beach is an all-condo resort comprised of three stories of studio to 4 bedroom/ 4 bath units, all located directly on the beach, and each with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies, spacious living and bedrooms. Each unit comes fully stocked with linens, paper goods, beach towels, and has central air conditioning and ceiling fans. One-bedroom-deluxe units and larger, also have washers and dryers in the unit. Guests in smaller units are welcome to use the public laundry facility near the pool area.

Sugar Beach boasts one of the most beautiful swimming pools on the island of St Croix. Five alcoves around the pool perimeter, have individual tables and benches built into the pool, so that guests can snack, play games, or read, without getting things wet, while soaking in the crystal clear, warm water. The pool area also has a large shaded area for those seeking refuge from the sun, and is adjoined by an historic landmark sugar mill from the 1700's, perfect for photo opportunities. Two lighted tennis courts, in perfect condition, greet guests who enjoy the game, while an extensive grassed area is suitable for soccer or other games.

The 500 ft palm-lined, white-sand beach can be accessed directly from the balconies of all first floor units. Hammocks and chaise lounges lay in wait for guests who wish to enjoy the sound of the water, as it gently caresses the shoreline. Snorkeling opportunities rest just yards off the shore, as well as down the beach, where a large artificial reef houses more than 40 species of marine life, in only 6-8 ft waters. Snorkeling equipment is available for rent at the Sugar Beach front desk.

Sugar Beach staff members are friendly, helpful and courteous, and happy to help guests in their planning and arrangements for off-site activities. "We were married at Sugar Beach Condo Resort on May 31, 2003. I couldn't have picked a better place if I had tried. We had 16 people traveling with us and had four units rented.
