~ Photographer: 1 hour, approximately 50 photos (hi resolution picture CD, photo album, 1 5x7 print). $500.00 USD
~ Video: 1 hour vide shoot (DVD or VHS, titles, sound mixing and editing). $600.00 USD. Additional DVD or VHS copies at $90.00 USD each. ~ Private Dinner with Set Menu: dinner on the sand, under the stars, with a wide variety of gourmet menus to choose from and personalized service by captain and waiter at $25.00 USD per person, minimum 50 persons. From 49 to 20 persons $35.00 USD per person. Includes: 3 hours private Service, Gala set up, Plated dinner (three course menu), Open Bar according to All Inclusive and Background music. If the guest is not staying at the hotel the charge will be $60.00 USD per person.

* Documents required for Weddings:

~ Valid passport or ID.
~ Birth certificate: the birth certificate should also show the names of the parents of the couple. ~ Divorce papers or death certificate of former spouse.
~ Tourist card (tourists get this card upon arriving to Mexico).
~ Blood tests and Medical Certification. The medical exams must be performed locally (at least two days before wedding date).

CONDITIONS:

~ All above shown prices are net and include taxes and services.
~ Request for wedding to be received in the hotel at least 14 days in advance.
~ Wedding date and time subject to hotel confirmation.
~ Payment to be done directly in the hotel, at least 14 days in advance.
~ Wedding package, optional extras, conditions and prices are valid until further notice.
~ Legalization of wedding in the country of origin: after the ceremony, the couple needs to take the marriage certificate to Mexican embassy or consulate in the country of origin to get the apostil, an international seal legalizing the marriage.
~ All details, services and request of extras need to be discussed and confirmed directly with the wedding coordinator.
