Wedding Ceremony
A Ceremony Fee of $500.00, exclusive of service charge and tax, is charged for ceremonies held at the Key Bridge Marriott.
Overnight Accommodations
Please ask us for assistance in overnight accommodations for family and friends, and for our Customized Wedding Web Site.
Marriott Rewards
Join Marriott for life. As a member of the Marriott Rewards program you will receive three points for every catering dollar you spend. Non-members may also join in the Marriott Rewards Program to take advantage of this benefit.
Taste Panel
Prior to the wedding, you will meet with our Banquet Chef, Banquet Captain and Event Manager to select your wedding menu. (Please limit to four people)
Schedule of Payments
A 20% non-refundable deposit is due with the signed sales agreement. Five months prior to the wedding, an additional 30% non-refundable deposit is due. The balance is due five days prior to the event.
Final Guarantee
Your final expected guarantee of attendance is required by 10:00 AM three working days prior to your reception. We regret we are unable to lower this count after this time but we can accommodate any additional guests who would like to attend. Your final count for split menu selections is also required at this time.
Catering Minimum for Saturday Night
All Saturday Evening Events in the Potomac Ballroom require an $20,000 minimum, in the Capital View Ballroom a $30,000 minimum (Opening May 2007) Inclusive of Tax and Gratuity.
Your Catering Manager has successfully completed the Marriott Certified Wedding Planner Program. His/her expertise will guide you to a Dream Wedding - Your Moments by Marriott!
